- Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time they are placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Fees:
- Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination, package size, and weight. The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

- Free Pick up: Free pick-ups are available at Trincity Mall, typically available in 1-2 business days.
- Express Delivery: Once your order is applicable for express delivery, package is delivered within 24 hours.
- Urban (Standard): Standard deliveries typically takes 2-4 business days.
- Rural & Extended: Rural & Extended deliveries typically takes 2-5 business days.
- Tobago: Tobago deliveries usually take 2-6 business days.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Delays:
- While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause delays. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
Delivery Issues:
- If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact our customer service team via at info@awfshn.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Aesthetics Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
